What we would especially like to hear about

• A correction. A product that has been discontinued or reformulated, a label fact we have stated wrongly, or a source that no longer says what we say it says. We correct on the page it appears on, dated. Editorial policy.
• A broken link, internal or external.
• A question we have not answered. If something is missing from the site, that is useful to know.
• A claim you think is unsupported by the source we cited. Please tell us which page and which claim.

What we cannot help with

• Medical questions. We are not clinicians and nothing on this site is medical advice. For a reaction, a burn you are worried about, or a question about your own skin, please ask a doctor or dermatologist.
• Sponsorship and paid placement. We do not accept sponsored posts, paid reviews or free product in exchange for coverage, and we do not make exceptions. Affiliate disclosure.
• Order or delivery problems. We do not sell anything. Purchases go through the retailer, and their support team can help where we cannot.
